The standard sheet size is 610 x 915mm, This is then computer cut into your desired profile, you can send us a cad drawing, a print, or any vectorised  artfile ( .cdr , .eps , .ai to name a few).  All holes , slots and corners are perfectly cut , including the glue layer, leaving you to simply remove the backing sheet and apply to your product.   As you may well be aware cutting holes and slots by hand in this stuff is not an option !  and to have a cutting die manufactured is often not practical for small runs and prototyping, so that's why we are offering this service.  No die to pay for, no minimum quantity, high precision, fast turnaround. Typical uses in the electronics industry : 

• attachment of Lexan keyboard  / membrane switch overlays to equipment. 
• attachment of anodised aluminium manufacturers  ratings plates to chassis.
• internal bonding of flat components to enclosure walls.
• bonding of fascias , dials , rubber feet, material coverings etc. to enclosures.
• sealing of  enclosure lids and endplates for added environmental protection. 
• bonding of gaskets, to prevent displacement during  final assembly.
• Mylar windows for use in microwave guides and equipment.
• Mylar insulators for electronic components.

Please note we can also cut and reverse print Lexan polycarbonate for keypad and fascia use, also self adhesive copper sheets for basic circuit tracks , ( great for flexible circuitry ! when attached to Lexan !)  * all GE & 3M trademarks acknowledged.
