computer cut LEXAN polycarbonate sheet

SIMPLE Clear or frosted LEXAN polycarbonate can be reverse side printed  and computer cut in one operation. Then a sheet of 3M adhesive , also computer cut is applied to the back, ready for attaching the whole graphic to the equipment panel or enclosure surface. As can be seen from the above photo, slots, holes and clear panels can be manufactured.

On frosted lexan LED and LCD displays show through fine, but can be enhanced by adding a clear resin coating the top surface, which then forms a lens over the desired aperture with spectacular results.

PLEASE NOTE : These are SIMPLE but very durable labels, suited to small production runs and prototyping, where a cost efficient but professional solution is required WITHOUT a tooling cost....no expensive cutting dies required !

All that we require is an engineering drawing, or artwork in any vectorised format (i.e.: .eps , .ai , .cdr ), and indication of the colours required.
